What is included in the lesson price?
Each package includes one-on-one coaching with a trained vocal instructor, use of the studio during your session, and guidance on technique, breathing, and repertoire suited to your level. Practice materials are shared after each lesson to support progress between sessions.
Do you offer a trial lesson before committing to a package?
Yes, we offer a single trial lesson for new students so you can meet your instructor, experience our teaching style, and decide which package suits your goals before signing up for a monthly plan.
How does payment work?
Packages are billed monthly and payment is due before the first session of each cycle. We accept cash and bank transfer at the studio in Suez, Egypt. Receipts are provided for every payment on request.
Can I switch packages or pause lessons?
You can switch to a different package at the start of a new billing month based on availability. If you need to pause lessons due to travel or other commitments, let us know in advance so we can adjust your schedule.
Are lessons suitable for complete beginners with no experience?
Yes, our Starter and Vocalist packages are designed for beginners as well as those returning to singing after a break. Lessons are paced according to your current skill level and comfort with vocal exercises.
Is there a refund if I miss a session?
Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month with at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions without prior notice, but we work with students to find a suitable make-up time.
